Overview
The Teak & Rope Flexible Acoustic Wall Panel in Yellow Oak PM1-14 offers a contemporary solution for interior sound management. Constructed with 12 mm MDF slats mounted on a 5 mm PET felt backing, the panel combines structural rigidity with a functional substrate. The Yellow Oak PVC finish is applied to three sides of each slat, ensuring visual continuity and a premium appearance from multiple viewing angles. Designed for ease of installation, the 2800 mm height facilitates floor-to-ceiling coverage in most residential and commercial settings. The flexible nature of the PET felt allows the panel to conform to radiused walls and architectural curves, providing designers with greater creative freedom compared to rigid alternatives. Note that while this product provides sound dampening properties, specific acoustic and fire performance ratings have not been independently verified.
What sets it apart
The 5 mm polyester felt substrate provides a pliable base, allowing for installation on both flat and curved interior surfaces.
The Yellow Oak PVC finish is applied across the face and both edges of the 12 mm MDF slats for a clean, professional appearance.
A length of 2800 mm allows for seamless vertical installation in most standard interior spaces without the need for horizontal joins.
Weight is estimated at 1.5 to 2.0 kg/m² per supplier statements, assisting with handling and simple wall-mount applications.

Measure and mark the wall to ensure panels are level. For curved surfaces, pre-fit the panel to confirm the radius is within the material's flexibility limits.
